Hotel Group Budva Riviera had a profit of 970 thousand EUR last year, said president of the Board of directors of that company Sasa Radovic, adding that the company will remain key actor of Montenegrin successful touristic offer this year as well.
“Budva Riviera is the best example of a company majorly owned by the state, that works in the conditions of quality competition, with good management and constant investments, that does business in suficit and pays all its obligations”, Radovic said to Pobjeda daily.
Business plan for this year projects the profit of the company to 1.5 million EUR.
“Total revenue for the last business year was 19 million EUR, which is 9% higher than in 2015, while this year we plan a revenue of 20 million EUR”, Radovic said.
He added that there were 440 nights in the hotels of Budva Riviera last year, which is 4% more than in 2015.
He believes that the good business results are a product of modernization and reconstruction of the hotels. He said that since 2009 to 2016 there were 38 million EUR invested in modernization.
Radovic said that he expected a successful upcoming season.
