Indictments for Medin murder, Ulama threatened prosecution

Privođenje osumnjičenog

Higher State Prosecution in Podgorica indicted Vladimir Ulama and Darko Mijovic for murder of Nemanja Medin, it was stated in the Prosecution. Bogdan Milic was indicted for the criminal offense – assisting an offender after committing the crime.

VDT redefined earlier charges against Mijovic and Ulama and is now after them for aggravated murder in an insidious way. Ulama and Mijovic were previously charged for kidnapping Medin.

They are also charged with illegal possession of weapons and explosives.

VDT processed Ulama due to threats that he made to state prosecutor during his hearing on February 17th. Records from the hearing were submitted to Basic State Prosecution in Podgorica for further processing.

“During the hearing, the defendant, after having exercised his right not to present his defense, addressed the proceeding the state prosecutor and said that it was a shame that he was an innocent man in jail and that the prosecutor would pay for this. This would constitute assault on a public official in the performance of official duties”, Prosecution stated.
